Opening hours:
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 5 to 8 PM, as well as two hours before each performance.
Opening hours during festival week – for this period, the box office is exceptionally open:
- Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8 from 5 to 8 PM,
- Friday, October 9 from 10 AM to 9:30 PM,
- Saturday, October 10 from 10 AM to 8 PM,
- Sunday, October 11 from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Online purchase
You must carefully verify the show selection and date BEFORE booking.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible once the booking is confirmed. There are no additional service fees for online purchases.
Accepted payment method
Only the discounts shown in the form are available with this purchase method. For any other rate, you must contact the Quai des arts box office at 418 364-6822 ext. 1. Tickets can be picked up 24 hours after booking during the Quai des arts box office opening hours. On the day of the show, your tickets must be picked up at the Quai des arts box office or at the Convention Centre (for the dance soirée) no later than 30 minutes before the performance begins.
If you booked reduced-rate tickets (student), you will need to present proof of full-time student status (VALID student ID).
Gift certificates
An original gift idea for a parent or a friend. These gift certificates can be exchanged for show tickets. You choose the amount. They are available at all times at the Maximum 90 office or at the Quai des arts box office.
Access for people with reduced mobility
The Quai des arts performance hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The La Virée Trad festival offers a space in the Quai des arts studio for wheelchair users. To take advantage of this, and to avoid any misunderstanding, please mention it at the time of purchase to the box office attendant.
Refund policy
Show tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the La Virée Trad festival. If this happens, we will refund the ticket price charged at the time of purchase. In the event of cancellation, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
