A backroad DJ who grew up absorbing the rhythms of his father’s mobile disco, DaOvee boldly blends the heritage of traditional music’s past with the vibrant pulse of the modern dance floor.
Through his innovative project R’trimage, he reimagines folk classics, offering an immersive sonic experience that takes you on an eclectic journey through time while keeping you dancing until the break of dawn.
DaOvee is also the musician/composer Dâvi Simard (L’Oumimag, Les Mercenaires du terroir, Cirque Alphonse, Cédric Dind-Lavoie, Damien Robitaille).
